Acoustic Duo / Trio
As well as performing as a solo guitarist, Ken has also been working with experienced vocalist Tania Savelli and keyboardist Victor Oria for many years, in duo, trio and band line-ups.
Tania is one of Adelaide's leading vocalists - offering over 20 years of performance experience and known for her warm stage presence, versatile voice and ability to read a room. She is also involved with various projects including Hindley Street Country Club, Three Little Sisters, Upside Down (70s-90s party band), and The Aretha Hour (Aretha Franklin tribute).
Victor has worked as a musical director, bandleader and soloist throughout his career while traveling overseas mostly around the East Asian region. Since his move to Adelaide in June of 2007 (from the Philippines), he has been very busy working in local and touring outfits, and also as a music teacher and ensemble leader. Victor is also involved as Music Director in the Three Little Sisters, Upside Down band and Aretha Hour shows.
Vocals with acoustic guitar creates a relaxed and stylish atmosphere while still feeling vibrant and engaging. For a fuller sound, the ensemble can be expanded to a trio, incorporating elements such as keyboard / saxophone / percussion, adding warmth, groove and musical texture while maintaining an elegant acoustic feel.
